Each of the contact details elements will be configurable with the ability to hide/show the field and also ability to set the mandatory requirements for the option.

The following set of parameters will be controlling visibility and mandatory options for Contact Details fields:

CallerNameOption

Path FormDesignConfiguration\EnhancedHelpDeskForm\ContactDetails\CallerNameOption
Description When this parameter is set to 'HIDDEN', the Caller Name field will be hidden on the Enhanced Helpdesk form. If set to 'MANDATORY', the field will be visible and mandatory. NULL value or any other value, the field will be visible.
Default Value Visible

EmailAddrOption

Path FormDesignConfiguration\EnhancedHelpDeskForm\ContactDetails\EmailAddrOption
Description When this parameter is set to 'HIDDEN', the Caller Email Address field will be hidden on the Enhanced Helpdesk form. If set to 'MANDATORY', the field will be visible and mandatory. NULL value or any other value, the field will be visible.

PhoneNumberOption

Path FormDesignConfiguration\EnhancedHelpDeskForm\ContactDetails\PhoneNumberOption
Description When this parameter is set to 'HIDDEN', the Caller Phone Number field will be hidden on the Enhanced Helpdesk form. If set to 'MANDATORY', the field will be visible and mandatory. NULL value or any other value, the field will be visible.
