| Description | This parameter can have one of the following 3 values: 'Simple', 'TriageQuestions' OR 'TriageQuestionsAndComments'. When the value 'Simple' is used, the Helpdesk Form will only show free text field without Triage Questions. If 'TriageQuestions' is selected, the form will only show Triage Questions only without free comments field. If set to Null or any other value, then both Triage Questions and Free Text comments will be visible on the form. |
