Description This parameter can have one of the following 3 values: 'Simple', 'TriageQuestions' OR 'TriageQuestionsAndComments'. When the value 'Simple' is used, the Helpdesk Form will only show free text field without Triage Questions. If 'TriageQuestions' is selected, the form will only show Triage Questions only without free comments field. If set to Null or any other value, then both Triage Questions and Free Text comments will be visible on the form.

Description Define whether selected triage question has to have standard job.

If it is set to true then if selected triage question doesn't have standard job then it will be possible to raise help desk basis on defaults (SAVE action will be taken).
If triage question has standard job then it will pull the details from that job.
False value means that it will always look for standard job to pull the details from it (PullDetails action will be taken).

Default Value false
